What do you mean by "wheel"? In bicycle jargon, "wheel" refers to the complete assembly of the hub, rim, and spokes. 

Here you'll find pre-built wheels. A pre-built wheel refers to a wheel that has been assembled in a factory, mostly by machines specifically designed for this purpose. A pre-built wheel differs from the wheels we assemble primarily in terms of spoke tension tolerances. Pre-built wheels are assembled with about 20-50% variance in spoke tension, while wheels we build are made with a 5-15% variance. In addition, we can take closer care of the small details in building phase, like treating the nipples and rim surfaces as they should be.
